Coach’s outlook: “Our motto this off season was to focus on US and to focus on what we can control as a team. The boys have put a tremendous amount of time into improving themselves and overall the commitment level was exceptional. Out of all the teams I’ve coached, this year’s team has the strongest bond I’ve ever seen from top to bottom, they pick each other up, they rally around each other, they work hard together, they’ve suffered together, and they’ve had lot of fun together (rowdy).

“We return a great group of guys that understand what it means to be a student-athlete and member of our lacrosse program. We have a great group of younger players that have put the time in to improving themselves and are competing for prestigious varsity spots. We have a great group of freshmen that have come in and immediately bought in to the philosophy we preach as well as compete well with our upperclassman. We are focused on improving ourselves as a team in 2016.”
