Upper Perkiomen
League: Pioneer Athletic Conference
Last year’s record: 5-8 league, 8-10 overall
Coach: Susan Flack 3rd season as head coach.

Coach’s outlook:
“We return many players with varsity experience. We are excited to see what they will accomplish and are focusing on one game at a time.”
Pottsgrove

Cheyenne Owens – Senior, Attack, 54 Goals Last Season – hit the 100 Goal Mark
Madison Davis – Senior, Attack
Courtney Petrucelli – Senior, Midfield
Alyssa O’Neill – Senoir, Defense
Rachel Levengood – Senior, Defense
Coach’s outlook: “We lost a large group of seniors to graduation, but are returning 7 starters who bring a lot of talent and experience. There are some underclassmen who will be contributors right away and will help strengthen our weaker areas on the field. Last season we finished on a high note and hope to build on that success.”
Spring-Ford
League: Pioneer Athletic Conference
Head coach: Amy Short, 6th season
Last year’s record: 9-4 PAC-10, 12-7 overall, postseason: Lost to Downingtown East 11-5 in opening round of District 1-AAA tournament

Coach’s outlook: “Spring-Ford is excited to play this year. We have a lot of returning talent, plus a group of new young players to add to the competitiveness of each practice. The girls are working hard to compete at a high level and we are taking each day as a new challenge.”
