.@MSI_Lacrosse recruit: Central Bucks West 2016 goalie Hogan commits to Chestnut Hill

Central Bucks West 2016 goalie Stephen Hogan has committed to play Division II lacrosse at Chestnut Hill College.

Lacrosse Honors: four year varsity letter winner, 2 year starter, CB West Team Captain, 3rd Team All Continental Conference, Honorable Mention All-Intelligencer, Bucks County All-Star, Fall Philly Showcase Fab 40 All-Star

Academic Honors: Student Government Organization Executive Board Member, High Academic Honors, Bucks County Intermediate Unit Student Forum Member

What will you major in/study? Secondary Education with a focus on Biology

Why did you choose Chestnut Hill? “I chose Chestnut Hill because they have what I am looking for, academically, geographically, and athletically, as well as getting the opportunity to play under coach Brian Dougherty and a great staff.”

HS team’s outlook for 2016 season: “Our team has a lot of good chemistry as well as good talent on our defense and our offense. We are looking to take home the conference championship.”

Thank You: “I want to thank my CBAA Youth coaches, Coach Dan Brown, Coach Brian Vetter, and Coach Chris Darcy for teaching the game. I want to thank my Bucks Select Coach Paul McGovern, as well as my High School coaches, Matt Coverdale, Albie Synder, Brian McAdams and Steve Hogan.
