How do you describe leadership?
Muller: “A leader on the field is someone who is motivating and uplifting to teammates. They don’t necessarily need to be the captain but they are someone who the team looks up to and are willing to follow. An off the field leader is someone who is a good citizen and encourages cooperation between people. To be an effective, you must be a leader on and off the field.”
How do you balance lacrosse, school, and extracurriculars?
Muller: “I am part of four clubs and play lacrosse and soccer. Due to this large time commitment, I have developed strong time management skills. My teachers have been especially helpful. I am able to get work in advance to help myself work ahead so I will not fall behind if I have a busy week.”
