2016 Navy Girls Lacrosse Camp
Navy Women’s Lacrosse Camps are designed to teach and develop the fundamental skills of the game, as well as team concepts in a fun, educational and confidence building environment. It is a chance to learn sportsmanship, leadership and teamwork. It is also a great
opportunity to meet other young lacrosse players and experience different coaching techniques from some of the best coaches in the
nation.
The Elite Gold Clinic will include full field scrimmages, an evening program on Wed night and prizes! This clinic allows you the opportunity to learn from some of the best coaches in the country! This is a two-day clinic. Overnight accommodations are not provided. A list of local hotels is available.
NAVY YOUTH DAY CLINIC -Session I: June 20-21, 2016; Session II: June 22-23, 2016; 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.; 5 years to 12 years of age
One Session – $175; Both Sessions – $325
This clinic is specifically designed to teach and develop the fundamental skills of the game: throwing, catching, shooting, ground balls, offensive and defensive skills, feeding and confidence level improvement, in a fun and educational atmosphere. Goalie instruction will be offered.
NAVY OPEN BLUE CAMP: July 5-7, 2016; Rising sixth-, seventh-, eighth- and ninth-graders; Cost: $560
This overnight camp is designed for players of all ability levels.There is a strong emphasis on mastering skills as well as moving on to more advanced parts of the game. Sessions will focus on individual skills, team concepts and full field play. Campers will be divided by age and skill level in order to provide the appropriate learning environment. NAVY ELITE GOLD CLINIC; June 15-16; Rising high school freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors; Cost: $415
This is a high intensity, action packed two-day clinic for the Elite player who aspires to compete at the collegiate level. Sessions
will include drills with an emphasis on mastery of individual skills as well as creativity in stickwork and shooting. Players will focus
on perfecting offensive strategies and high pressure defensive schemes. The Navy Lacrosse Goalie School will be run by former US National Team Player, Meg Huether.

Join us for what is one of the most fun and unique lacrosse and recreation camps on the east coast! World class lacrosse instructors work with, teach, and bond with campers in a great blend of elite lacrosse instruction and FUN. Cape Henlopen State park provides picturesque playing fields that lay only a quarter mile from the beach and 100 yards from the camp ground. Girls will have 2-3 lacrosse sessions a day (one of those may be played on the beach!) while also mixing in swimming, surfing, volleyball, basketball, disc golf and every other camp game imaginable! We hope you will join us for what is the highlight of everyones year!!

Academy of Notre Dame Lacrosse Camps, for middle school and high school girls with Xplosive Sports Academy. Improve your skills and and learn new or advanced techniques. The camps are run by Notre Dame’s winning coaches, led by head coach Xan Weitzel Zimatore.
Middle School camp – June 20-23, 12:30-3:30 p.m.
High school camp – June 20-23, 9 to noon

Germantown Friends Girls’ Lacrosse Camp for grades 2 to 8 on June 20-24. Times: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Location: Germantown Friends Athletic Fields, 2823 Midvale Avenue, 19129 in East Falls.
Children must be covered by a parent/guardian’s insurance policy. Please provide medical information during the on-line registration process. A certified Athletic Trainer will be available on the premises at all times.

About the camp: Here’s an opportunity to improve your game and have fun at the same time. This camp is open to girls of every skill level who want to learn more about lacrosse. Cavalier Lacrosse School for girls at Cabrini College (grades 2-9) on June 20-23 at Cabrini College, Radnor, PA. Cabrini College women’s lacrosse coach Jackie Neary, one of the winningest coaches in NCAA lacrosse, will conduct the 10th annual Cavalier Lacrosse School. The camp will run daily from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. (9-12 June 23) and will focus on fundamentals and skill development. Early Bird Registration: $20 off camp fee if you register and pay before May 15st. Team discounts available for six or more from same school/township/club team.

CAMP PHILOSOPHY: The Cavalier Lacrosse School has one goal in mind – for you to become a better player when you have completed our program. Our camp curriculum emphasizes skill development in a fun ‘can-do’ environment. Our staff is committed to helping players individually to improve their overall game.
CAMP PROGRAM: The daily schedule will include offensive and defensive station drills, agility training, guest speakers, individual and team competition and full field game play. Lunch will be provided daily and is included in the cost of tuition.

The goal of the HEADstrong Lacrosse is to develop a complete student athlete who is competitive on the field and in the classroom. With a 10:1 athlete to counselor ratio we can ensure your child receives the attention they need. Players will learn the fundamentals of individual, group and team lacrosse skills in a positive atmosphere. Each day there will be guest’s appearances from professional lacrosse players, coaches and cancer survivors; who will share their stories of hope. Campers will also receive complimentary HEADstrong Lax Tank and Laces.
