Fall Showcases
Summer Finish boys’ showcase on Sept. 17 at In The Net Sports Complex, Palmyra, PA. The Summer Finish is the newest event presented by Peixtin. This is a one-day event which aims to continue showcasing the growing talent in and around central PA. This individual-showcase follows a similar format to its marquee counter-part, the City Classic. We know that many players either get hurt early in the summer, or experience extenuating circumstances that inhibit their chances to exhibit their skill during the recruiting months. With the elite staff and schools that are represented, the Summer Finish provides players a chance to get one last look by collegiate coaches, and learn something for the upcoming season. The first part of the day features positional instruction by top D1, D2, and D3 coaches. Players are then divided into teams and will scrimmage in 20-minute halves in a round-robin format. Each player will be guaranteed 4 games and there will also be an All-Star game. This event is limited by position to the first 240 players, so make sure to register early.
