Clinics
Goalie-specific training, January 8th and running each Sunday through February 26th, by Foundation Lacrosse and Dukes LC/Ursinus College coach Dave Page, at 360 Sports, 50 Senn Road, Chester Springs. The sessions will run from 9-10 a.m. each weekend, and are a unique opportunity for goalies looking to work hard and get their game ready for the Spring/Summer season. Each session is run in a station-based format to minimize downtime, and goalies can expect to be working for the full hour. We keep our Goalie:Coach ratio at 4:1 or below at all times, and all goalies can expect to receive hands-on, focused coaching from Coach Page’s staff of trained goalie coaches.
In addition, each goalie who participates in the full 8-week program will go through TWO sessions of film work as part of their training, in which they will be filmed during live-action shots and receive a personalized film breakdown from the staff. For many young goalies, film is the missing component in training, and we are excited to have our goalies get a taste!

Cost: $275 (email Foundationlax@gmail.com if interested in single-session details or for pro-rated rates)

Twist Lacrosse Dojo Winter Training, for Grades 5 to 12, beginning soon and running until February at the Phelps School Field House in Malvern. Twist Dojo Series is a curriculum-based series that will quickly improve the basics skill sets required to enhance on field presence and decision making skills. Each week the Dojo will have a set warm-up and drill portion to work on and develop required basic skill sets, followed by new concepts portion that will introduce a new element of game play. It is not a sequential series, and players will benefit at each module they attend. We do recommend all 8 sessions to round out the skill-set and on field presence instruction. Every Session will include the Sniper Shooting Series.
