Spring Ford High School 2018 attackman Jarrod Marenger has committed to play Division III lacrosse at Frostburg State University.

Why did you choose FSU? “Frostburg offered me the opportunity to play at a high level and yet still pursue all my goals I want to to accomplish in College. I really loved the way the team spoke so highly of each other, and how how they are tight knit group. I loved the small town setting as well. Being far from home can seem scary but the scenery makes me feel like I am right back In PA.”
HS team’s outlook for 2017 season? “With a lot of talented returning varsity guys, I have a positive outlook on the season. I am hoping we can bring back another PAC-10 championship the year, and hopefully make it through Districts on to States.”
