Last year’s record: 11-7
Key returnees: Terae Mason, Goalie; Riley Street, Midfield; Zyah Newsome, Attack; Shayna Flory, Midfield
Coach’s Outlook for 2017: “We lost a strong 2016 graduating class, but are relying on four-year starter senior goalie Terae Mason who was last year’s league MVP, along with some returning players and several new players we expect to step in and make plays. We are very young and the future looks bright!”
Interboro High School
League: Del-Val
Head Coach: Stephanie D’Alonzo (formerly Pfaff), 1st year as Head Coach
Last year’s record: 12-5, Del-Val champs
Key returnees: Madison Hengey, midfield, SENIOR; Ro Murphy, defense, JUNIOR Captian; Moriah Marr, goalie, SENIOR Captain.
Coach’s Outlook for 2017: “This season is all about embracing change and continuing growth.
Graduating 12 seniors in 2016, and having a first-year coach, the team is enjoying developing a new identity. It’s exciting to see how far these girls have come, since coaching most of them at middle-school level. I feel we have some great young talent to build with, and I’m looking forward to growing this program! Go BUCS!”
