Conestoga Valley (PA) 2016 midfielder Seth Hower has made a verbal commitment to play Division II lacrosse at Ohio Valley University.

Why did you choose school? “I chose OVU because it was the best fit for me as a student and an athlete. Coach (Greg) Zecca and the rest of the coaching staff are building a great team.”
Outlook for your HS team’s 2016 season? “I think that we will have a better season than last year. We have most of our offensive unit back and some seniors leading a younger defense. I am very excited for my senior season.”
