Shipley rising senior midfielder Tate Gallagher has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at the University of Richmond.

What will you study? Business
Why did you choose Richmond? “I chose Richmond because of its combination of phenomenal academics and its outstanding lacrosse program. As soon as I stepped on campus I knew it was the school for me and the opportunities it offers its students are limitless. I’m really looking forward to playing for Coaches Chemotti, Perzinski, and Richards.”
What is your HS team’s outlook for next year? “Our goal is to win our league title and compete with the top schools in the Inter-Ac Challenge.”
