Longstreth Sporting Goods, a company committed to the female athlete, is seeking a results-oriented manager, with a passion for Lacrosse, to lead the business line. This role has overall responsibility for the growth in revenue and profitability of Lacrosse hard goods.

Defines the product and service offerings, inventory levels, pricing and special quotes, and manages vendor relationships.
Develops marketing plans, including catalog content and mailing lists, ads, flyers, email campaigns, and website updates, in conjunction with the marketing department.
Manages the Longstreth Lacrosse Facebook page, Twitter account, and other social marketing media.
Provides product expertise and support, along with ongoing training to our customer service and retail employees regarding pertinent product features and availability.
Manages relationships with universities/institutions/clubs/recreational leagues and other key Lacrosse customers.
Manages all off-site vending events for Lacrosse.
Manages key sponsorship activity for Lacrosse organizations, tournaments or other events. Coordinates institutional support, player clinics, etc.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate is a high energy, entrepreneur type who seeks P&L responsibility. They will be a well-organized manager, possessing proven communication and problem-solving skills, along with a high level of professionalism, and a keen knowledge and interest regarding the Lacrosse market, product lines and trends within the sport.
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, along with a minimum five years of experience with girls/women’s sports equipment/apparel, in the sport of Lacrosse, and/or other similar roles.
Located at 28 Wells Road, Spring City, PA, our site is easily accessible immediately off Rt. 724 and a short distance from the Royersford exit of Rt. 422. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime during busy seasons.
