Eastern York High School 2019 midfielder Cole Witman has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Johns Hopkins University.

Why did you choose Johns Hopkins? “I loved everything Johns Hopkins has to offer. It’s one of the greatest schools nationally for academics, as well as it having one of the most historic lacrosse programs there is. The coaching staff gave me a warm welcoming and a family feel instantly, which was the biggest part of my decision.”
HS team’s 2018 outlook: “We lost a good amount of kids to graduation. We have a very young but skillful team. Our goal is to give the strong teams in the county tough, competitive games and qualify for districts.”
