East Brunswick High School (NJ) 2019 defenseman Nick Randzio has committed to play Division III lacrosse at Eastern University.

Position: Defense

College Choice: Eastern University

Club Team: NJLC

Lacrosse Honors: 4 year letter winner

What do you plan to major in? Physical Therapy

Why did you choose Eastern? “I really like the location of Eastern as it is right by Philadelphia and the they have a great Sports Training program where you work with their sports trainer. Also, after meeting the guys on the team and Coach (Kevin) Wallace I really thought that it was the right fit for me.”

HS team’s team’s 2018 highlights? “We were 13-7 this year and finished 2nd in the Greater Middlesex Conference after losing to Monroe 7-6 in OT and achieved the most amount of wins in school history. We advanced to the state quarterfinals then we lost to the reigning state champs Montgomery 14-4.”

Thank You: “I would really like to thank all the coaches who helped me along the way especially the NJLC coaching staff because they helped me with my craft and allowed me to compete against great competition in the summer and fall. And of course thank you to my parents for letting me get this opportunity and supporting me the whole way driving me to practices and games all the time.”
