Fall Leagues
Maple Zone Heritage Lacrosse Fall Lacrosse League for boys.
Days/Times: Sunday afternoons starting at 1:00 pm
Dates: Sep 9 – Oct 7
All teams play 6 games (One Sunday doubleheader)

Fall Instructional Lacrosse League, by Black Bear Lacrosse, for beginner to intermediate players in grades K-8. The league will he held at New Hanover Recreation Center in Frederick.

Players will be given the opportunity to learn from high school coaches in our LOCAL community. Players will work on individual skills and team concepts for the first half of practice before participating in a controlled scrimmage against another grade level team. Head Coaches Grady Wise (Boyertown) and Bryan Churchey (Perkiomen Valley/2018 Mercury All-Area Coach of the Year) along with Pat Jenkins (former Head Coach at Aliso Nigel High School, CA. and Ursinus College Assistant Coach) and other Black Bear staff will coach/instruct each team. Players will be grouped by grade level and rec. program (depending on total numbers).

Sunday: 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7
K-2nd, 3rd-4th Grade: 10:30am-12:00pm
5th-6th Grade: 12:00pm-1:30pm
7th-8th Grade: 12:00pm-1:30pm

League is meant for the beginner to intermediate player. Boys in grades K-2nd, 3rd-4th, 5th-6th, 7th-8th

Goalie Training
Foundation Lacrosse 6-week Fall Goalie Training Program. Join dynamic coaches for 6 sessions that span September and October with the goal of improving all aspects of your game in and out of the crease, while also getting geared up for the Tournament season that ramps up at the end of the 6-week program. Each session will be led by Dave Page (UPenn) and other college coaches and goalies, and will maintain a 4:1 goalie-coach ratio at each session to ensure both a high number of reps and quality, hands-on coaching for the goalies.

Fall Training
B2B Lacrosse Academy. The Fall Academy, 9/9/18 – 10/7/18 at All Sports Center, Collegeville, is a 5-week program designed to offer boys’ youth lacrosse players of all ages a fun and competitive learning environment to advance their skills in the offseason. The program divides players into sessions based on age and skill level and is open to all ages of youth lacrosse players from ALL clubs and youth organizations. Every session will focus on the core fundamentals of the game and be led by Ursinus College Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach Gary Mercadante and additional collegiate staff members. It offers the highest level of coaching at an affordable price. All players will graduate from the Academy with a greater passion for the game, improved IQ, and better overall fundamentals to help take their game to the next level. Whether you are brand new to the game or looking to keep your skills sharp in the offseason, our curriculum will provide you with the tools to improve your game.

Fall Clinics
Premier Level Training by Mudd Academy and hosted by Urban Select on Sunday, Aug. 19 for boys in grades K to high school at Northeast High. Instruction will be provided by professional lacrosse players and notable athletic trainers. Mudd Day’s main focus is to build high level individual lacrosse skills; shooting, dodging, footwork and physical fitness.
