Upper Moreland 2017 attack Sydney Bachmayer has made a verbal commitment to play Division II lacrosse at West Chester University.

What will you major in/study? Special Education
Why did you choose school? “West Chester University offers everything I was looking for in a school. I have always wanted to major in Special Education, and finding a school that offers not only a great education program, but a great lacrosse program as well was very relieving. Also, the entire team and coaching staff is very welcoming and fun to be around.”
Outlook for 2016 HS season? “My hope is that this season we make it to district playoffs and I have no doubt that my team can do it! I play with a very talented group of girls and with a hopefully more challenging schedule and continuous hard work this upcoming season we will be able to reach our goal of playoffs.”
Thank You: “I would like to thank my parents for supporting me throughout my entire athletic career. I only started lacrosse in 7th grade but I have been playing sports for as long as I can remember. I would not be where I am today without them. I would also like to thank my lacrosse coaches, Pam Remmey and Kelly White, for teaching me so much about the sport and helping me with this process; also, my soccer and basketball coaches, Lisa Benvenuto and Ed Decker, for pushing me to be the best that I can be on and off the field and encouraging me to always do my best!
