Registration is open for the Rhode Island Lacrosse Classic boys’ and girls’ lacrosse tournaments in July of 2016 at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I.

Dates and times of tournament: Boys – July 9-10, 2016; Girls – July 16-17, 2016

Fees: $1,200. The price is discounted until the end of November; it will go up on Dec. 1.
The boys’ tourney is in its 14th year and this is the inaugural girls’ tourney. Clubs from around the country will converge on Aquidneck Island.

Transportation: Conveniently located in the heart of New England and easily reached by car, train, bus or boat, Aquidneck Island is accessible from all major public transportation hubs in the region.Aquidneck Island is about 30 miles from the state capital of Providence, 60 miles south of Boston, and 3 hours north of New York City.
Aquidneck Island (Newport, Middletown and Portsmouth) boasts some of the best shopping, restaurants, beaches, historical sites and night life on the East coast. It’s a great place for families too – take in a match at the Newport International Polo grounds or simply hit one of the many beaches on the island.
Divisions for girls and boys lacrosse teams will be by graduation year/rising grade. Please see website for details. More divisions will be added based on registration parameters for the ladies.
There will also me Men’s Divisions who will play July 16-17 for college and post college players. Teams will play a minimum of four games, guaranteed.
