The BaggataGirls™ “Winter Clinics” for girls in Grades 9-12, Main Line Sports Center in Berwyn on Monday afternoons (4-5:30 pm). BaggataGirls™ clinics teach the skills of lacrosse using novel drills, concepts and language players can understand, relate to and retain – all in a fast-paced, high energy and supportive setting. The program is not affiliated with any club or school team, anyone can register.
The agenda: • To teach girls the FUNdamentals, but with a Flair… We stress traditional staples but explore what is possible with the stick and a ball; • To transfer knowledge, maximize touches and prepare players to thrive in the style of play that has emerged in girls’ lacrosse; • To promote ambidexterity and technique, expanding and strengthening each girl’s overall skill set, regardless of player position; • To help the girls advance at an accelerated rate in a condensed time frame; • To instill confidence and a passion for the game.

Winter Youth Developmental Clinics

Cradle Lacrosse introductory lacrosse program, for boys and girls ages 4-8, hosted at Episcopal Academy, Garnet Valley, Main Line Sports Center, Fruends Select and Germantown Friends. Cradle Lacrosse is the ultimate introduction to lacrosse. Our Friends Select program is 6 weeks long and will teach skills through our structured curriculum progression. We have a passionate staff that is excited to have fun teaching the fundamentals.

Showcase tournaments

The Launch, a girls’ showcase targeting Division II and III hopefuls on Dec. 6 at Spooky Nook in Manheim, PA, 17545 (indoor turf bubble)
Key info for candidates: This premier girls’ event allows players graduating in 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019 to enter individually and showcase themselves before Division II and Division III and NAIC college coaches while learning more about the game, networking with athletes and coaches, and acquiring more knowledge about the recruiting process.

The showcase offers -Each Athlete Will Receive: Great day of lacrosse inside the largest sports complex in the United States; FREE ReQRuitme.com profile; 80+ minutes of drills and (4) 7 v 7 games; College recruiting discussion lead by college coaches; Video of skills session and games available for purchase; Top 30 athletes chosen to play in SHOWCASE game; Network with college coaches and other athletes; Social media attention; Thank you Gift Bag.
The event is being run by 380 Lacrosse.

Frozen 150 Girls Lacrosse Showcase, Jan. 2 for Mid-Atlantic players in the Classes of 2017, 2018 and 2019 at the Fredericksburg Field House in Frederickbsurg, Va. This one-day event will give the Top Freshman, Sophomore, and Juniors players (2017, 2018, & 2019) in the country an opportunity to demonstrate their talents in front of premier college lacrosse programs while learning new techniques/skills that they can apply to their game.
The Frozen 150 Showcase is centered around three main components: Recruiting Q & A Panel with D1, D2, D3 coaches; Instructional Player Clinic with College Coaches from top Div 1 Schools; Committed College Coach Clinicians For 2016 (Updated weekly); 7v7 Showcase Games
The list of committed college coach clinicians for 2016 will be updated weekly on the website. Currently the list includes George Mason, Virginia Commonwealth and Winthrop
This is an open registration event that will feature some of the best High School girls lacrosse players in the mid-Atlantic. Coaches are welcome to refer players here who they feel would benefit from this elite experience For players who are interested in attending the Frozen 150 Showcase, please click here and fill out the registration form. Spring Tournaments

First Annual Irish Invitational girls’ middle school tournament, March 19, 2016, at Academy of Notre Dame, 560 Sproul Road, Villanova PA 19085. Varsity Middle School Teams only. Come play in a fun, competitive tournament hosted by Notre Dame’s HS Varsity team. Each team is guaranteed two games. Fee includes a first place and runner-up trophy.

Summer Tournaments

Jersey Shore Point Showcase, Saturday, June 4, 2016, Manhassett Creek Park in Long Branch, N.J., for Classes of 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2020. The Jersey Shore Point Showcase is a new individual one day showcase Players in attendance will receive top notch coaching and instruction led by NCAA Division I, II and III coaches as well as United Lacrosse Directors. Coupled with the instruction from college coaches, The Jersey Shore Point Showcase enables participants to compete at a high level and showcase their skills in a competitive and encouraging environment.
