What will you major in/study? Undecided

Why did you choose the school? “I chose Navy because it best fits my personality. I want to push myself as far as I can go and I believe the Naval Academy will do that. A lot of thought went into this decision and something that really stood out to me was the outstanding education I would receive and the opportunity to have a meaningful job after college. I also chose Navy because it was the selfless thing to do. Going to the Naval Academy is a way to help and serve my country and other people. I love the Naval Academy and am looking forward to the next couple years in front of me, and eventually playing at the USNA.”

HS team’s outlook for 2016 season? “Our goal this year is to make playoffs. We have a very young team, only graduating three seniors last year. We have a strong core of sophomores and juniors. Along with making playoffs, our goal is to compete with the powerhouses in our league like CB West, CB South and North Penn. Last year our team was ranked 4th or 5th and this year we are aiming for a spot in the top 3 for our league.”

Thank You: “My biggest thanks goes to God because I would not have been able to accomplish anything without Him by my side. My parents have played a huge part in this process, from driving me all over the east coast, to watching me from the sideline, and I couldn’t be more thankful for that. I also wanted to thank all of my coaches who have shaped me to be the player and person I am today. Coach Duck and DJ, from Ultimate, were very helpful by sending emails and setting me up with phone calls to colleges. I also want to thank my Coach Schnurr, she coached me when I was in 6th and 7th grade and now she is my high school coach. She has been a huge influence in my life and is always pushing me to be the best I can be.”
