League: Philadelphia Catholic League
Co-Coaches: Rosaleen Coyle, Courtney Niemiec, Carol Pisacano

Key Players: Seniors Casey Brown and Alyssa Panei are expected to lead a very young team this season. Casey’s speed, skill, and game sense will have her guiding the team at every position on the field. Alyssa will steady the team by spending most of her time at Awing. Returning standout freshman, Theresa Hopkins, is expected to spend her sophomore season anchoring the team at center and Dwing.
Coach’s outlook for 2016: “The coaches are happy with the team’s preseason efforts and are looking to some athletic freshmen and sophomores to bring some energy to the team.”
Cardinal O’Hara High School
League: PCL
Head Coach: Allison Lovejoy, 2nd year
Last year’s record: 2015 record 6-11 (lost in quarterfinal play for PCL)
Key returnees: Anna DiRita, midfield; Molly Grady, midfield
Coach’s outlook for 2016: “We are looking to improve on our record from last year. We have many solid returning players and some strong newcomers, including a couple freshmen. We are looking forward to moving up in the PCL standings this year.”
