Why did you choose La Salle? “La Salle is the perfect fit for me. I love the small campus and the close environment of the school. It’s only a 35 minute drive from home which allows for my family to come visit and watch me play. The academics are challenging and the school offers my major as well as intriguing and beneficial internships for students. Coach (Candace Taglianetti) Bossell is exactly what I’m looking for in a coach: she is challenging and pushes her players to be the best that they can be. The team made me feel like family and I’m very excited to continue my education and lacrosse career with them!”
HS team’s outlook for 2016 season? “We lost a few talented seniors, but we are a group of hard-working players who will definitely thrive this year. We have talent in each age group and position which helps to make us a diverse team. We made it to the first round of play offs in the 2015 season and I’m excited for us to go even further this season!”
Thank You: “First and foremost, I want to thank my sister Hayley for teaching me the sport of lacrosse: I would definitely not be where I am today without you! Thank you for being my role model and for teaching me about hard work and dedication. I love you too much sis.
“To my parents, thank you for always pushing me to be the best I can be and for always supporting me. I couldn’t imagine doing this without your unconditional love and support. I love you (especially you, Hip Hop Anonymous!!)
“To my coaches; Marie Pepper, Suz Sheehan, Joe Tornetta, Kelly Romano. You have taught me everything I need to be a hardworking and talented lacrosse player. Thank you for always pushing me to be the best I can be, Thank you for your coaching and for assisting me in this process. I would not be the player I am today without you guys!
“Lastly, to my Mongoose and WC East teammates, thank you for being the best friends I’ve ever had and the best group of girls I’ve ever played with. I love you guys too much!”
