Twist Lacrosse Dojo Winter Training, for Grades 5 to 12, beginning soon and running until February at the Phelps School Field House in Malvern. Twist Dojo Series is a curriculum-based series that will quickly improve the basics skill sets required to enhance on field presence and decision making skills. Each week the Dojo will have a set warm-up and drill portion to work on and develop required basic skill sets, followed by new concepts portion that will introduce a new element of game play. It is not a sequential series, and players will benefit at each module they attend. We do recommend all 8 sessions to round out the skill-set and on field presence instruction.
