Players are trained by professional coaches at an 8:1 player to coach ratio. At each program, the NXT coaches on staff have experience coaching not only youth, but also at the middle school, high school and collegiate level.
Designed by educators, the Play Fast curriculum matches specific age groups and skill levels, while consistently challenging the players to improve each week. The key components are positive energy, position work and a fast paced environment to keep players moving. In each 4 or 6 week program, we break down position specific skills and put those skills into action with age appropriate competition and small-sided games.
Girls and Boys Play Fast Training will be held simultaneously on separate sides of the turf at MLSC. These fundamental level sessions are open to all skills levels for players in grades 2-8, and designed to compliment additional township and club training to prepare players for the spring season. NXT Lacrosse is considered the leader in education and training and works hard to support rec programs and local clubs.
NXT Play Fast Training will be held at Main Line Sports Center, 1340 Swedesford Road, Berwyn, PA 19312.
