Wissahickon assistant

Wissahickon HS is searching for a Asst. Girls’ Lacrosse Coach for the 2015-16 school year. Coach only position; there is no teaching position linked to the coaching job. Ideally, the candidate played both HS and college lacrosse and has previous coaching experience at the HS level. Candidates must have an excellent working knowledge of coaching all aspects of lacrosse including all PIAA rules; should be familiar in working with high school athletes in a school setting and be able to work with other sports using shared facilities; Must be a good motivator while keeping it “fun” with appropriate emphasis on academics, teamwork and sportsmanship; Must be eligible to receive all three clearances in PA: State Police, Child Abuse and FBI. Strath Haven assistants

Merion Mercy assistant coach

Wilson head coach

Wilson High School, in West Lawn, PA (suburban Reading) is searching for an outgoing Head Girls Varsity Lacrosse Coach for the 2015-2016 season. Applicants should possess a strong lacrosse background with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead a high level program; college playing experience is preferred. The Wilson School District has an enrollment of approximately 1,900 students in grades 9-12 and competes in the Berks County Interscholastic Athletic Association and District 3 of the PIAA. The Wilson School District has outstanding facilities, including two newly constructed turf stadiums. The program is competitive in Berks County, having won the 2014 County Championship, and has several alumni playing NCAA Division I Women’s Lacrosse. Wilson also runs a successful youth feeder program for grades K-8, creating an outstanding foundation for a Girls Varsity Coach.

The coach’s primary responsibilities are team and player development, with an emphasis on continuing Wilson’s rich athletic tradition of producing successful teams and student athletes who value teamwork and community pride. A successful candidate is one who will teach, enforce, and model character traits such as respect, responsibility, caring, fairness, trustworthiness, and citizenship.

This is a paid, coaching-only position. Salary: competitive compensation based on experience.

Upper Dublin girls’ head coach

Upper Dublin High School Athletic Department has an opening for a varsitygirls lacrosse coach. The candidate should have a desire to work with student athletes, be enthusiastic, patient, organized, mature, dependable and responsible. The candidate must be available for the times of games, practices and meetings. The candidate should have knowledge of the rules and techniques of lacrosse and have excellent communication skills. In addition, knowledge of the PIAA rules, playing or coaching experience inlacrosse is preferred.
The individual must be at least 18 years old with at least a high school diploma, Bachelor Degree is preferred.
