Eastern Regional (N.J.) 2017 goalie Cooper Cowdin has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Central Connecticut State.

Why did you choose CCSU? “I chose Central because of the strong lacrosse program as well as academics. I can major in what I want to do later on in life as well as compete at a high level of lacrosse. The coaches, team, and campus were amazing and I look forward to being a Blue Devil!”
Outlook for 2016 HS season? “This year I believe that we will not only work hard, but come up with some very important wins as well. We have a lot of great incoming talent and I can’t wait to see what this season holds for us!”
