The Old School Lacrosse Club is holding its 5th annual Winter Stick Skills clinic for boys in Grades 9 through 12 at the Phelps School (Malvern, PA) on Sundays from 2-3:30 p.m.
Sessions run until Jan 31st and you may register online here. OS sessions are run by current Team USA Indoor Assistant Coach Adam Mueller and focus on the proper mechanics and fundamentals that incorporate a combination of box and field lacrosse concepts.
Players experience high rep drills in a variety of situations to produce efficient results. Coach Mueller draws upon his 19 years of experience in the NLL and the only coach to take three different teams to playoff appearances. Enrollment will be capped.

Old School celebrates its 5th anniversary in 2015 and has been successfully instructing players with a team of respected High School coaches/educators lead by Old School’s founder and owner John Nostrant (The Haverford School). Our staff have played or coached at the highest levels and support the “teach first” mission of the club, that is why we selected some of the best teaching coaches in the region as well as select college players who support our mission. We are a player centered club in which each player is given the opportunity to excel athletically and academically in order to be prepared for the next level of their playing career while having a realistic picture of where they fit in the college scene.
