The event will be held Jan. 2 in Fredericksburg, VA. This event features position specific instruction from college coaches, a recruiting panel and showcase games in front of college coaches.
The Frozen 150 Showcase is open to current freshmen, sophomore, and junior girls lacrosse players looking to play at the collegiate level. The featured collegiate clinicians include Villanova, George Mason, Navy, VCU, Saint Joseph’s and Winthrop.
“This event is such an extraordinary opportunity for these athletes,” said Jeff Long, President & CEO. “They get to work face to face with coaches from some of the country’s best collegiate programs.
“This smaller Showcase environment provides a tremendous advantage to the player. If I had a daughter, she would be in Fredericksburg Jan 2nd.”

The Frozen 150 Showcase is held on the indoor turf fields in the Fredericksburg Field House, approximately an hour from Washington D.C. and Richmond. Girls will experience collegiate type drills used by the clinicians from their own practices. The skills learned are meant to prepare the attendees for the next level.
The environment provides the athletes with an advanced look at how college coaches run their practices while allowing the coaches an opportunity to evaluate the talent. The day will also provide athletes and parents a venue to further understand the recruiting process via the Q&A session.
The Frozen 150 will host girls from Colorado, Delaware, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
Registration is open through December 28th. To register for the Frozen 150 Showcase or to see a full detailed schedule, please visit the Frozen 150 Showcase website.
